PAWTOTO • APPROVAL WATCH

Regulatory confirmation is the next decision gate

Status as of October 19, 2026: The USDA approval confirmation request has already been submitted. A response is pending; no approval or commercial launch is confirmed.

Next step: Follow up with the responsible contact on Friday, October 23, 2026 to ask whether the USDA approval request has progressed, whether anything further is needed, and the estimated decision timetable. When available, obtain written approval documentation and verify its product scope and conditions before taking commercial action.

Account owner: Cearlock Enterprises. Approval date, approving USDA program, product scope and confirmation contact: not yet verified.

OLHAUSEN × MASON • LEG SUPPLY PROGRAM

Major account recovery • High-value opportunity

PRIORITY 1 — CUSTOMER DECISION NEEDED

Opportunity and status • October 19, 2026

Mason has submitted a very competitive quote for high-volume carved pool-table leg production. Olhausen showed interest and appeared receptive to pricing in June 2026, but has taken no ordering action or provided substantive feedback for several months. Potential annual sales exceed US$1 million if awarded; this is an uncommitted opportunity, not booked revenue or an agreed forecast. Quoted price, SKU quantities, margin and annual run rate need written confirmation.

2023 history — acknowledge directly, without exaggerating

In 2023, a shipment of carved Mason legs developed cracks because some material had not been dried sufficiently before shipment. Mason sent a team for approximately three weeks in April 2023 to inspect and rework the affected consigned inventory. According to the current account history, no additional quality issues have been reported with that inspected/reworked consigned container load. Pat at Olhausen refused payment for the original shipment; the parties agreed the goods would remain on consignment until consumed. Olhausen has not placed a new order since. These facts do not establish that the consignment has been fully used, that payment is now due, or that Olhausen has formally accepted the remediation.

Recommended customer re-entry

  1. Contact Olhausen's current project owner (Kenny) and identify the authorized purchasing/quality decision-maker; include Pat if still relevant.
  2. Ask for direct feedback on the existing high-volume Mason quotation: target legs/SKUs, proposed volume, unresolved objections, and what decision remains.
  3. Offer a small, representative production sample of specific carved leg models selected by Olhausen, with agreed drawings and acceptance criteria before production.
  4. Ask for approval or corrective feedback within a defined review window, followed by a limited pilot PO before full-scale volume commitment.

Risk controls for Mason sample

  1. Document wood species, construction, seasoning/kiln drying, target moisture range and verification method approved for each leg.
  2. Require lot-level moisture records, photographs, dimensional checks, finishing condition, and inspection sign-off before shipment.
  3. Use representative shipping/packaging and a measured receiving inspection at Olhausen.
  4. Obtain written criteria for cracks/checking, allowable tolerances, remedy, sample ownership/payment and the schedule for a pilot production decision.
Separate the old consignment from the new award: reconcile quantity received, reworked, consumed and on hand; obtain the signed consignment agreement and any unpaid amount; determine who has authority to resolve disposition. Do not use the unresolved 2023 invoice as a surprise condition of a sample offer, but do not waive it or imply settlement without a written agreement.

Decision gate and next action

Target: secure a meeting/call with Olhausen, obtain the exact legs for sampling, ask Mason to confirm current pricing and documented drying controls, then create a sample-to-pilot-to-program conversion calendar. Track response, dates and owner weekly. Suggested near-term actions are listed below; dates are targets, not confirmed appointments.

New quote-validation gate: Keith must ask Mason directly whether its June 2026 Olhausen high-volume leg quotation remains valid or must be reissued under current tariff, freight, exchange-rate and commercial conditions. Request an expiration date and sample-production commitment; no re-quote or acceptance has yet been confirmed.

WHAT'S CHANGED

New report launch • October 19

New: Cearlock Enterprises now has its own structured project dashboard modeled on the Ranch report. The first workstream is a complete account/order audit, and new sourcing campaigns cover turf, diapers, wood products, drawer slides and cabinet hardware. Premier Woodcraft is elevated to a dedicated Southeast Asia door-sourcing initiative.

Carry-forward: Brightwood turf, Daniel diaper orders, Olhausen wood components, Mason doors, Glasdor and hog grating remain on the tracking board until closed or verified.

No confirmed changes claimed: No new purchase order, outreach message, shipment, customer commitment or payment has been verified as of this report.

New priority (October 19): Olhausen–Mason high-volume legs is identified as a stalled, potentially US$1M+ annual supply opportunity. June pricing interest has not converted to a PO. Controlled production samples and a documented quality assurance plan are proposed; neither a new customer commitment nor a completed sample is claimed.

Sharon / e-Revel update (Oct. 19): Sharon requested monthly sales reports for her China-based team. Her requested supplier details/catalogs remain unanswered after approximately two weeks. Premier Woodcraft door sourcing is the lead new-product proposal to e-Revel; no factory engagement is confirmed.

Mason / doors: Mason declined to quote doors because of tariffs and current global trading conditions and has said Cearlock Enterprises may seek alternate suppliers. The older Mason-doors project card is therefore a supplier-pass decision, not an active Mason door quotation.

Olhausen quotation gate: Before treating the June Mason leg pricing as current, reconfirm validity, any revised pricing, duties, terms, and willingness to make inspected production samples. Keep the prospective US$1M+ annual opportunity unbooked.

Pawtoto added (Oct. 19): Regulatory hold pending confirmation of USDA approval. No approval or business activity is represented as complete.

SHARON & e-REVEL • MONTHLY REPORTING

Account development, reporting cadence and sourcing information gap

Status: Sharon requested a monthly sales report for the e-Revel team in China. Proposed cadence: first business day following month-end, beginning with October 2026; confirm her preferred day, template and recipient list. No recurring automation or actual email delivery has yet been established.

Report fields: reporting month; customers contacted and stage; new inquiries; quoted opportunities (USD, category, confidence); confirmed POs; shipped orders; revenue/invoices (verified only); payments received; pending samples; obstacles; next-month actions; new product ideas. Separate leads/potential annual run-rate from booked sales and cash receipts.

Outstanding supplier-profile request: approximately two weeks without response. Ask Sharon for manufacturer identity/approved disclosure rules, production locations, catalogs and photos, capacities, lead times, QA/testing, export experience, MOQs, certifications, tariff/origin details and product pricing bands. Customer-ready materials should be approved for distribution.

Lead proposal: Premier Woodcraft doors — ask Sharon to assign an e-Revel sourcing lead and return an initial factory capability shortlist plus information gaps before soliciting final quotes. Future product ideas: drawer slides, hinges, knobs/pulls, millwork components and turf. Prioritize products e-Revel can actually source competitively.

Working next step: Keith to send a status update plus door sourcing brief to Sharon, and explicitly follow up on the unanswered supplier information request. Do not represent the inquiry as already sent.

REVEL SOURCING GROWTH PLAN

90-day commercial playbook

Phase 1 • Oct 19–Nov 1 — Prepare offers

Audit existing accounts, determine the five sourcing category owners, obtain current Revel manufacturing qualifications, product catalogs, target costs, freight assumptions, MOQ, samples, country of origin and lead times. Assemble segment-specific outreach sheets. No prospective customer should receive unverified prices or compliance claims.

Phase 2 • Nov 2–Nov 22 — Targeted outreach

Build 15–20 qualified accounts per category (75–100 initial leads), prioritizing established distributors and manufacturers: landscape/turf distributors and installers; diaper/absorbent-product wholesalers; cabinet and door manufacturers; commercial millwork and furniture companies; and hardware distributors. Segment U.S. Midwest relationships first, then national accounts. Contact purchasing managers with clear requirements for next RFQ.

Phase 3 • Nov 23–Dec 20 — Samples and quotes

For interested accounts, request technical drawings, projected annual volumes, shipping destinations, packaging requirements and target landed costs. Use a supplier-scorecard based on dimensions, QC/testing, origin, lead time, landed price and remedies. Quote only after customer needs and source capacity are matched.

Phase 4 • Dec 21–Jan 17 — Conversions

Follow samples through approval; move qualified opportunities to trial POs; record measured gross margin, conversion rate, repeat order potential, risks and 2027 account forecasts. Conduct a weekly Cearlock Enterprises pipeline review.

PREMIER WOODCRAFT • SOUTHEAST ASIA

Dedicated door-sourcing outreach

Buyer discovery and e-Revel-led factory sourcing

Working decision (Oct. 19): Cearlock Enterprises will lead the Premier Woodcraft relationship; the e-Revel team is the proposed primary sourcing partner for identifying and evaluating Southeast Asian door manufacturers. This is a requested plan, not confirmation of an e-Revel engagement or outreach.

  1. Reach Premier Woodcraft purchasing/ownership contact; confirm the company, exact door category, drawings, annual volume and whether the need is unfinished slabs, prehung doors, components or finished assemblies.
  2. Request construction and finish specifications: solid/stile-and-rail or engineered core, species, 30×80 and other sizes, joinery, fire/acoustic rating where applicable, tolerances, moisture content, packaging and target landed destination.
  3. Engage the e-Revel team as primary factory-sourcing partner. Request a structured search of Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand for door makers matching Premier Woodcraft specifications, with factory profiles, capacity, references and independent qualification evidence; do not presume a factory is approved.
  4. Check applicable U.S. origin marking, tariff classification, anti-dumping/countervailing exposure where relevant, formaldehyde/TSCA Title VI for composite wood, Lacey Act declarations and any applicable fire-rating documentation with importer/compliance specialists.
  5. Have e-Revel return a shortlist of 3–5 qualified factories, with comparable FOB quotations, MOQ, tooling, lead times, packaging, sample costs, quality documents and estimated landed-cost assumptions. Cearlock Enterprises presents options to Premier Woodcraft for sample approval and commercial negotiations.
Internal working outreach concept — not sent: “We are exploring Southeast Asian production sources for interior doors and wood components through our Revel sourcing relationships. I would like to involve the e-Revel sourcing team to identify qualified manufacturers in Southeast Asia. Could we discuss your door specifications, annual volume, current sourcing challenges and target landed pricing? With those details, e-Revel can investigate factories and we can return a documented sample and quotation plan.”

Mason decision recorded: Mason has declined to quote this door program because of tariffs and current global business conditions and is comfortable with Cearlock Enterprises seeking alternative Southeast Asian sources. Do not list Mason as an active door bidder.

e-Revel development objective: This is the flagship new-product opportunity for Sharon's team. Seek designated e-Revel project ownership, manufacturer capability sheets and factory introductions, then qualify pricing and compliance with Premier Woodcraft.

URGENT NEXT ACTIONS

Friday e-Revel reviews • Other dates are targets, not commitments

  1. Friday, Oct 23 — Keith: Follow up on the Pawtoto USDA approval confirmation request already submitted; ask for a status update and any additional requirements. Record the response. Do not advance commercially until approval is verified.
  2. Friday, Oct 23 — Keith: During the weekly e-Revel follow-up, ask Sharon for acceptance of the Premier Woodcraft door-sourcing assignment, the responsible team contact, and a date for the first SE Asia manufacturer shortlist.
  3. Friday, Oct 23 — Keith: Follow up with Sharon on the supplier profiles and customer-shareable capability information requested approximately two weeks earlier; keep the request open and repeat at each Friday review until answered.
  4. Friday, Oct 23 — Keith: Confirm with Sharon the monthly sales report format and recipients during the weekly e-Revel review. Continue preparing October sales and opportunity data; deliver the first full monthly report on Monday, Nov 2 (first business day following October).
  5. Oct 19 (tonight) — Keith: Ask Mason whether the pricing in its latest Olhausen high-volume leg quotation remains unchanged. Request written confirmation or a revised quote if prices have changed. This is the first decision gate.
  6. After Mason confirms current pricing — Keith: Re-engage Kenny at Olhausen, confirm continued interest, and request a decision call about the leg program. Do not represent old pricing as current before Mason replies.
  7. After Olhausen reconfirms interest — Keith + Olhausen: Identify the exact leg models, drawings, and small sample quantities Olhausen wants evaluated; confirm its expected volume assumptions.
  8. After sample models are selected — Keith + Mason: Request sample pricing, production lead times, documented kiln-drying/moisture controls and inspection methods. Then agree sample acceptance criteria and decision timing with Olhausen.
  9. Parallel administrative follow-up (date to be set) — Keith: Reconcile 2023 consignment units received, reworked, used, remaining and unpaid; keep this separate from the new-price confirmation and sample sequence.
  10. Oct 20 — Keith: Assemble entire customer/contact list and all known POs, invoices, quotes and shipment records for 2025–26.
  11. Friday, Oct 23 — Keith / e-Revel: Check the previously requested order and payment reconciliation, supplier-facing terms, and Cearlock Enterprises commissions during the weekly follow-up; record any missing records.
  12. Friday, Oct 23 — Keith / e-Revel: Follow up on Brightwood 2027 planning and Daniel PO 1035/1036 open/closed status; obtain source documentation where outstanding.
  13. Oct 23 — Keith: Initiate private Premier Woodcraft buyer discovery; prepare door requirements checklist and introduce the e-Revel team as proposed sourcing partner (not represented as already contacted).
  14. Monday, Oct 26 — Keith: Send Premier Woodcraft requirements to e-Revel once approved by the customer; log the submission date, responsible team contact, requested factory shortlist, and response due date. Review progress the following Friday, Oct 30.
  15. Every Friday, starting Oct 23 — Keith: Conduct the standing e-Revel request review; for each outstanding supplier profile, RFQ, sample, door-sourcing question, or order clarification, record request date, contact, last response, blocker, and next action. Follow up again the next Friday (Oct 30) if unresolved. Review the broader Cearlock Enterprises customer and sales pipeline separately as needed.
  16. Nov 2 — Keith: Start first approved outbound prospecting wave.
